Job Description – Virtual CFO (vCFO)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Virtual CFO who combines financial expertise with operational execution.
This is not a traditional finance role — the candidate must act as an implementer, strategist, and team driver.
Key Responsibilities
Drive financial strategy, MIS, and cash flow management
Act as Finance Controller – budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
Handle internal audit, controls, and compliance systems
Work closely with operations to improve efficiency and profitability
Manage and guide cross-functional teams
Act as a go-getter to identify business gaps and implement solutions
Support business owners in decision-making (micro & macro level)
Key Skills Required
Strong finance & accounting knowledge (CA preferred)
Operational understanding of business processes
Internal audit and control mindset
People management and leadership ability
Execution-driven and proactive attitude
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
