JOB DISCRIPTION:
The role involves handling client queries, Email, calling, coordination documentation, payments, handovers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
1. Interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Follow-ups.
4. Making records all documents and receiving.
5. Scanning & Uploading documents & files.
6. Check the booking from.
7.Create Customer Allotment.
8.Forward cheque to Bank for depositing.
9.Create payment receipts.
10.Creating Application /Booking, Interest Waiver & Money receipt.
11.Updating data as per clients request in ERP.
12. BBA, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Registration etc.
13. Only Builder Lobby.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
