Responsible for managing inventory records, stock movements, billing activities, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials/products.
- Update inventory records in the system accurately.
- Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification.
- Track stock discrepancies and report shortages or damages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding inventory requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Generate inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and process customer invoices and bills.
- Verify billing information and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Generate quotations, sales invoices, delivery challans, and purchase records.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with accounts for payment reconciliation.
- Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and documentation requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate inventory and billing records.
- Prepare management reports related to stock and sales.
- File and organize invoices, purchase orders, and inventory documents.
- Support audits by providing required documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, or inventory management systems.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Plus Two/Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, stores, billing, or accounting.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,475.32 per month
