Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Location: Prabhadevi Dadar
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Week Off: Any 1 day in a week (Rotational)
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional support through calls and emails. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and email queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Process customer requests, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds as required.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
- Meet defined service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules, attendance, and process guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
