Role Overview:
SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive who is enthusiastic about content creation, anchoring, presenting and building brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in front of the camera and capable of turning ideas into engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media content strategies for clients and internal branding
- Create engaging content including reels, videos, posts and stories
- Anchor, present, and appear in videos for brand and client pages
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals
- Coordinate with design, video, and performance teams for content execution
- Monitor trends and bring fresh content ideas regularly
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence
- Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management/content creation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in anchoring and appearing in videos
- Creative mindset with an understanding of digital trends
- Basic knowledge of social media insights and analytics
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage
