A prestigious UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) family based in Badi, Udaipur is seeking a highly disciplined, well-groomed, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Professional to manage and deliver exceptional dining and hospitality services within the private estate.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in luxury hotels, resorts, palace properties, private clubs, cruise lines, or premium hospitality environments. Preference will be given to candidates from Uttarakhand or Himachal Pradesh who demonstrate strong values, professionalism, and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Only Non-Smoker and Non-Drinker candidates will be considered.
- Provide professional food and beverage service to the principal family and their guests.
- Ensure impeccable table setup, silver service, buffet setup, and formal dining arrangements.
- Serve meals, beverages, tea, coffee, and refreshments as per established luxury hospitality standards.
- Maintain dining areas, service stations, and guest areas in pristine condition.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team for smooth meal service.
- Welcome and assist guests visiting the estate.
- Ensure personalized service and attention to guest preferences.
- Support private dinners, family gatherings, celebrations, and special events.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Monitor and maintain stocks of crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, beverages, and service supplies.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service-related areas.
- Follow luxury hospitality standards and SOPs.
- Ensure high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct.
- Anticipate guest requirements and proactively address service needs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Minimum 5–12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage service, butler service, palace hotels, private clubs, resorts, or cruise lines.
- Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette and luxury service standards.
- Experience serving VIP guests, HNIs, or UHNI families will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a private residence environment.
- Candidates from Uttarakhand or Himachal Pradesh.
- Experience with luxury hospitality brands such as Oberoi, Taj, Leela, ITC, Hyatt, Marriott, Six Senses, Palace Hotels, Aman, or international cruise lines.
