Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Loan Documentation and Banking Administrator to manage all aspects of loan documentation and communication with banks. This role is essential in ensuring that loan processes are completed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle all loan-related documents, assist in addressing bank queries, and provide monthly reports such as MIS, while ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all loan-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and financial institutions, addressing any queries related to loans and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and banks to ensure a smooth loan application process.
- Provide required documentation and reports, including monthly MIS, to banks at the beginning of each month.
- Arrange meetings with loan officers, bank representatives, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Obtain necessary approvals from senior management for loan documentation and other financial matters.
- Maintain a detailed record of loan processes, documentation, and communication with banks.
- Monitor the status of ongoing loans, ensuring timely disbursement and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to loans and banking.
- Assist in preparing reports for management related to loan performance, status, and any outstanding issues.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing emails.
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle court cases and follow up on legal matters.
- Coordinate with bankers and loan officers, including attending meetings with loan personnel.
- Follow up on all admin-related work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in loan documentation, banking, or a related administrative role, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of real estate loan processes and bank interactions is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in loan documentation, administration, or banking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
