Job Description
SparshTech is hiring motivated and result-oriented Sales Interns to join our on-site team in Vadodara.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling Travel Passes, Premium Membership Cards, Tour Packages, and other company services. Your role includes handling customer enquiries, explaining products, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Explain Travel Passes, Premium Membership Cards, and Tour Packages to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through Phone Calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.

Requirements
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Handling, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience will be given priority during the selection process.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Must be available to work On-Site in Vadodara.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- 1 Casual Leave + 1 Sick Leave (As per Company Policy)
