Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, handling customer inquiries, and expanding business opportunities for BTN EVENTS.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer leads via calls, WhatsApp, app, and social media
Understand customer requirements for events, decorations, and surprise setups
Suggest suitable event packages and close deals
Coordinate with decorators, vendors, and operations team
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Generate new business through field visits, references, and partnerships
Track leads, follow-ups, and closures
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Assist in onboarding vendors and decorators when required
Ensure customer satisfaction before and after event execution
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Customer-handling mindset
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and mobile apps
Preferred:
Experience in event management, Surprise events, or service sales
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Ability to work on weekends and during peak event days
