Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM professional to manage customer relationships, improve customer retention, and drive engagement through effective CRM strategies and tools. The ideal candidate will analyze customer data, manage campaigns, and enhance customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system and customer database
- Develop and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior and generate insights for business growth
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams
- Track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy
- Create reports and dashboards on customer performance metrics
- Improve customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs
- Handle customer segmentation and targeted communication
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize CRM strategies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and CRM best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Certification in CRM tools is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
