Role Summary
We are seeking a Manager Artificial Intelligence to lead the development and deployment of enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics solutions that drive operational excellence and business outcomes. This role combines people leadership, product ownership, and technology delivery, with responsibility for building high-performing teams and delivering scalable AI solutions from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Engineering professionals.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML products, from problem identification and solution design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and data teams to solve complex operational and business challenges using AI-driven solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of AI and analytics initiatives, prioritizing investments and measuring success through business-focused KPIs.
- Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI technologies.
- Establish best practices across AI development, model lifecycle management, engineering quality, automation, observability, and platform reliability.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and capable of delivering measurable business value.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions to drive adoption and successful execution.
- Lead hiring, talent development, coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics teams in a product or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, Agentic AI concepts, data platforms, and model development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, automation, monitoring, observability, and platform engineering.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing technical teams and delivering business-impacting AI solutions.
