Job Title: BIM Architect (F&B / Retail Projects)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead the design and BIM coordination for F&B outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, functional, and visually appealing designs while ensuring efficient BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and coordination of BIM-based architectural designs for F&B and retail projects.

Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.

Ensure design compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, MEP, project management) for seamless execution.

Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of BIM models and outputs.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.

Provide technical guidance to BIM Modelers and junior team members.

Ensure efficient BIM workflows, standards, and best practices are followed.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects.

Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.

Proven experience in handling multi-outlet / retail rollout projects is highly preferred.

Strong design sense with attention to detail and functionality.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
