Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor-related compliances.
- Prepare and upload PF & ESIC challans within deadlines.
- Maintain payroll records and employee attendance data.
- Generate MIS reports and payroll reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with finance and auditors for payroll and compliance-related documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of PF and ESIC processes and regulations.
- Experience in challan preparation and statutory filings.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, formulas, MIS reporting, etc.).
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Complete knowledge of payroll processing and salary structure.
- Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per year
