Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role requires strategic planning, field sales, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in government, institutional, and private sectors.Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.Conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations.Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution.Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Infrastructure, Water Solutions, Government Projects preferred).
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, & relationship skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel & reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the region
