Role Overview
Uptrail is hiring a Performance Marketer to run and optimise paid campaigns that
attract learners. You will leverage AI tools for campaign optimisation, creative
generation, and performance analysis to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and
YouTube.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Copy.ai) to generate ad copy,
analyse performance, and optimise campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise landing pages for conversions.
- Track campaign metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with
brand messaging.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
(internships/projects count).
- Strong portfolio of campaign work, paid ads, or growth initiatives.
- Experience using AI tools for copywriting, ad creation, and campaign
analysis.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
