- Supervise the daily production and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and prepare production reports.
- Monitor stitching, upholstery, and finishing work to ensure high-quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
- Coordinate with the procurement and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the production floor.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train workers on quality standards and efficient production practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
