Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, industry events, and referrals.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and project consultants.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Meet potential clients to understand their design and project requirements.
- Present company portfolio, services, and value proposition effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with the design and project teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals profitably.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends in interior design and architectural services.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies.
- Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities.
5. Coordination & Project Handover
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to design/project execution team.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and contractors during pre-sales and execution stages.
- Track project progress to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve individual and team sales KPIs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
