Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management
- Track customer interactions and ensure timely response
- Generate reports related to customer data and sales performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage leads, conversions, and customer feedback
- Support after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in CRM / Customer Handling (Freshers can apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
