MHTECHIN Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Enterprise Helpdesk / IT Support professional to join our IT team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in IT support, troubleshooting, and enterprise system management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Handle user access, account setup, and password management
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- Document issues, solutions, and standard procedures
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and computer hardware
- Understanding of IT support workflows and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
