The Office of SRM is looking for a Business Implementer. Our company is transitioning from being "people-dependent" to "process-dependent." SRM (the Founder/CEO) focuses on vision, growth, and high-level strategy. Your job is the "How." You will take SRM's strategies, break them down into step-by-step SOPs, assign accountability, and ruthlessly track execution across all departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations).
You are not an administrative assistant. You are a process engineer and the ultimate accountability partner for our department heads.
What You Will Do (Key Result Areas):
- Extract & Document: Convert the Founder’s strategies and verbal instructions into clear, written SOPs and checklists.
- System Enforcement: Conduct weekly audits across departments to ensure 100% compliance with established processes.
- KPI Management: Build and manage the "Company Scorecard." Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics across all teams and report deviations to SRM.
- Meeting Rhythms: Run the weekly departmental review meetings. Ensure discussions are based on data (numbers) and not emotions (stories).
- Project Management: Take ownership of new company initiatives (e.g., launching a new software, opening a new branch) and drive them to completion on deadline.
Who You Are:
- Process-Obsessed: You think in flowcharts, checklists, and spreadsheets.
- High Authority, Low Ego: You are comfortable holding senior department heads accountable to their deadlines without making it personal.
- Analytical: You can look at a daily sales or operations report and immediately spot the "leak" in the system.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday), MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Process Excellence, or as a Chief of Staff / Implementer.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing SOPs that improved company efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
