Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production staff, and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in production planning, quality control, and dispatch coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manage factory workers
- Plan and prioritize production as per schedules and customer requirements
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate finished goods dispatch and delivery planning
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, warehouse, and quality teams
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting is preferred
