JOB DESCRIPTION - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Experience Required - 1 to 3 Years
Qualification Required - Diploma / B.Sc. / Other Technical Background.
Roles & Responsibilities -
SERVICE
· Attend machine breakdowns at customer sites.
· Attend AMC visits and resolve customer complaints.
· Install new machines and provide operator training with customer satisfaction.
· Generate spare parts sales and AMC sales from new customers.
SALES
· Generate sales through visited companies.
· Search for new leads through cold calling and customer visits.
· Visit companies and generate service and spare parts sales.
Skills Required -
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with customers.
Other Requirements -
· Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
· Must own a two-wheeler as this is a field and outdoor job.
· Must have a dual-SIM mobile phone (one SIM card will be provided by the company).
