- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium and personalized service experience.
- Receive vehicles, accurately diagnose customer concerns, and prepare detailed repair orders.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide customers with repair estimates, explain technical recommendations, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Keep customers informed about job progress, delivery timelines, and any additional work required.
- Ensure all warranty, service records, invoices, and documentation are completed accurately in the Dealer Management System.
- Deliver vehicles after repair, explain the work performed, and achieve high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
