The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to explain ERP solutions to potential clients across industries.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or self-generated leads
- Introduce and explain the company’s ERP solutions and services
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on requirements
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
