About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer & Ads Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads. You will plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns end-to-end - owning budget, creative testing, audience strategy, and ROAS. This is a hands-on role: you'll be in Ads Manager daily, making real decisions on real spend.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned to funnel stages (TOF / MOF / BOF)
- Run structured A/B and creative testing - identify winners and scale them
- Manage and scale ad budgets while protecting CPA / ROAS targets
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, CAPI / server-side)
- Build weekly performance reports with actionable insights - not just numbers
- Collaborate with creative and content teams on briefs, hooks, and angles
- Stay ahead of platform changes (Andromeda, iOS attribution, new placements)
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 1-3+ years running paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with budget management, scaling, and bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Manual CPC)
- Strong grasp of CPA optimization, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and attribution
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking
- Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset - you can defend every decision with numbers
Bonus Points
- Direct-to-consumer / e-commerce ad experience
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certified
- Experience with server-side tracking
- Worked across multiple verticals (D2C, EdTech, SaaS, etc.)
