- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in developing and maintaining test strategies and plans to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and teams to align with delivery timelines.
- Strong analytical skills to identify defects and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for tracking test progress, reporting results, and managing test documentation.
Additional Information:
