About the Role
We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Executive who loves creating engaging content and is comfortable being the face of the brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, capable of planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Be the face of the brand by creating engaging videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels and short-form videos.
- Create trending, informative, and engaging content aligned with the brand's goals.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Track content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation.
- Proven experience in reel creation, video shooting, and editing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, VN, or similar software.
- Basic photography and videography skills with a creative eye for content.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience with influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end content production.
