Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead property sales, client acquisition, site visits, and revenue generation for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate must have strong experience in real estate sales, team handling, lead conversion, channel partner management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage real estate sales leads through multiple channels
- Handle residential and commercial property sales
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Convert walk-in and digital leads into successful closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and investors
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and sales forecasts
- Negotiate pricing and finalize property deals
- Lead and motivate the sales team for target achievement
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain database of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
