What You’ll Learn & Do
- Learn the fundamentals of Marketing & Business Development through practical work
- Assist in lead generation and prospect research
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Explore LinkedIn, email marketing, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Learn how to identify and understand target customers and business opportunities
- Support the Sales/BD team in lead nurturing and client communication
- Assist in creating marketing content for social media, email, and other platforms
- Work with AI tools and modern technologies to improve marketing efficiency
- Track leads, campaigns, and marketing activities
- Gradually take ownership of assigned marketing and business growth activities
What We’re Looking For
- MBA/BBA graduate, preferably with a specialization in Marketing
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong interest in building a career in Marketing & Business Development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing/Social Media/Lead Generation is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
