Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
