Shrey Sports is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Work closely with different departments to maintain financial discipline and cost control.
- Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and MIS.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Business One will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, sports, retail, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
