- Lead and manage inside sales operations for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and franchise partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and market research.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product range, pricing, and order processing.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Train and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance.
- Prepare sales reports, client databases, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Promote company products effectively to expand market presence.
- Participate in strategy planning to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Resolve client complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
