Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, CCTV systems, network administration, hardware/software support, and electrical maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, managing security surveillance systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting electrical maintenance activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Network Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, access rights, and data security.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus management, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, AMC, and service support.
CCTV & Security Systems
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance networks.
- Monitor CCTV system performance and troubleshoot camera connectivity issues.
- Ensure proper storage and retrieval of surveillance footage.
- Coordinate upgrades and expansions of security systems as required.
- Maintain access control, biometric attendance, and security-related devices.
System Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, CCTV equipment, and electrical maintenance logs.
- Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi).
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, DVR/NVR configuration, and IP cameras.
- Knowledge of UPS systems, electrical wiring, and power management.
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with biometric systems and access control systems.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Relevant certifications in Networking, CCTV, or IT Infrastructure will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in IT support, networking, CCTV management.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or commercial environments.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
Reporting To: IT Manager / Administration Manager / Plant Head
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
