Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Managing end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Onboarding & Training: Conducting orientation for new hires and coordinating training initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and resolving conflicts.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintaining HR records (HRIS), updating policies, overseeing payroll processing, and ensuring legal compliance.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal processes, including annual reviews and goal setting.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assisting with payroll administration and designing employee benefits packages. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Executive or relevant role (usually 3–5 years).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Systems: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
