Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, and labor welfare schemes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience in IT or service sector.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with HRMS software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,855.49 - ₹33,181.00 per month
