- Write and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, installation/configuration guides, IQ/OQ documents, release notes, and SOPs for PharmaSecure products.
- Create and update help files using help authoring tools and MS Office applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to simplify product usage through clear and concise instructions.
- Format and manage pre-authored technical documents as per company templates and standards.
- Work on multiple assignments while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in documentation.
- Gain hands-on product knowledge by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Review and improve existing documentation, diagrams, and supporting materials.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in technical writing.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, document formatting, PDF conversion, and help authoring tools.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
