Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled and driven Production Manager to lead our PEB fabrication unit in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
In this role, you will manage the full production cyclefrom raw material planning to final dispatch. You will work closely with design, purchase, and project teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
- Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
- Manage cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, painting, and dispatch work
- Review drawings and BOM before starting fabrication
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials as per project needs
- Follow quality plans and maintain inspection records at every stage
- Ensure machines are well maintained and calibrated
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Track production output, wastage, and machine usage
- Maintain safety rules and 5S housekeeping on the shop floor
- Check painting thickness, galvanizing quality, and packing before dispatch
- Train and guide supervisors and operators
- Suggest process improvements during review meetings
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 710 years of experience in PEB or structural steel fabrication
- Strong knowledge of steel drawings and welding standards (IS / AWS)
- Experience handling multi-shift production teams
- Basic working knowledge of ERP systems and ISO 9001 is a plus
- Comfortable using MS Office or Google Sheets for reports
Work Timings
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Additional hours during dispatch periods if required)
