Job Summary
Landbase India Limited (CGR) is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Steward – Food & Beverage Services to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for members and guests at the golf course.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company service standards.
- Arrange, set up, and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Assist in buffet setups, banquets, tournaments, private events, and other special functions.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and escalate complaints or service issues to the Restaurant Supervisor when necessary.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
- Ensure proper grooming, personal hygiene, and adherence to the company dress code.
- Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and inventory of service items.
- Support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations and collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or F&B Manager.
Required Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or hospitality establishments.
- Freshers with a Hotel Management qualification and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management will be preferred.
