We are looking for a motivated and dedicated candidate for Back Office and Telecalling work. The candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, maintaining data, and communicating with clients over calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle back office operations and maintain records
- Perform data entry and update information in systems
- Make outbound calls to clients/customers
- Handle customer queries and provide support
- Coordinate with internal team for daily tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
