Role Summary
The Job Portal Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the overall growth of the job portal by developing marketing strategies, increasing employer subscriptions and candidate engagement, managing digital marketing initiatives, building corporate partnerships, coordinating with internal teams for product improvements, and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and business performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a job portal or recruitment platform and possess strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, business development, and job portal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the job portal.
- Plan and manage SEO, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Increase employer subscriptions and candidate registrations.
- Visit companies, colleges, and industry events to promote the portal.
- Build partnerships with HR professionals and recruiters.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with the development team to improve portal features and user experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend growth initiatives.
- Train and support internal teams on portal workflows.
- Prepare monthly growth reports and present improvement plans.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3 – 10+ years of experience in a job portal, recruitment platform, HR tech company, or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of job portal workflows and recruitment processes.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Knowledge of employer acquisition and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
