Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming café experience.
Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brews, etc.) as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
2. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Recommend beverages and upsell menu items.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
3. Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle billing and POS transactions efficiently.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Assist in stock ordering and storage.
- Minimize wastage and ensure freshness of ingredients.
5. Equipment Maintenance
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and tools regularly.
- Report any equipment issues promptly.
6. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support during peak hours and rush periods.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Order accuracy and service speed
- Beverage quality consistency
- Upselling and average bill value
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with training can apply)
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (training can be provided)
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
Preferred Background:
- Experience with café chains like Starbucks, Cafe Coffee Day, or Barista Coffee

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
