Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and guest management.
- Manage room reservations, allocations, and booking modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team regarding room availability and readiness.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the system regularly.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash/card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office or hospitality role.
- Knowledge of Property Management System (PMS) is mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Smart, well-groomed, and professional personality.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
