We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, self-driven Lead Generation Specialist to own and drive our new client acquisition engine. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients across industries and delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads to the sales team.
Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ICP (Ideal Client Profile) across industries

Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and calls

Personalize outreach messaging based on prospect's business, pain points, and goals

Follow up consistently and manage multi-touch outreach sequences
Pipeline Management
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, timeline, authority)

Book discovery calls and demos for the Business Development / Sales team

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, status, and activity logs

Track and report weekly pipeline metrics — outreach sent, reply rates, meetings booked
Strategy & Optimization
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, and outreach sequences to improve conversion rates

Identify new lead sources, directories, and channels to expand prospecting reach

Work closely with marketing to align outbound messaging with ongoing campaigns

Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses to refine ICP
Experience
- 3–4 years of hands-on lead generation experience, preferably in a digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environment

Proven track record of consistently hitting lead or meeting targets
