HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations (50% Recruitment / 50% Operations)
Recruitment Responsibilities (50%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, maintain candidate databases, and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Generate offer letters and coordinate joining formalities for new hires.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations Responsibilities (50%)
- Oversee daily HR operations, including joining formalities, documentation, personal file maintenance, induction programs, appointment/offer letter issuance, ID card creation, leave management, vendor coordination, Medical Checkup, and uniform management.
- Provide accurate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave records, salary deductions, and details of new joiners and exiting employees.
- Maintain updated employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and conduct fair and objective investigations to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESIC, PF, labour laws, and issuance of ESIC cards, minimizing legal and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with management to strengthen employee relations, improve morale, enhance productivity, and support employee retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring proper interpretation and adherence across the organization.
- Respond to employee queries through email and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company grooming, health, safety, and hygiene standards, and coordinate corrective actions with department heads.
