We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily operations across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace operations, reporting, and resolving platform-related issues.
Key Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (Title, Bullet Points, Description, Images, Keywords, Attributes).
- Manage new product uploads, variations, SKU creation, and catalog updates.
- Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and policy compliance.
- Manage FBA/FBM inventory, stock updates, and shipment tracking.
- Handle Amazon cases, account health issues, and seller support queries.
- Monitor pricing, competitor activities, and Buy Box performance.
- Prepare and analyze Amazon sales reports, inventory reports, and business reports.
- Support Amazon PPC campaign monitoring and performance tracking.
Shopify Operations
- Manage Shopify store backend operations.
- Add and update products, collections, variants, pricing, and inventory.
- Maintain product data accuracy across Shopify.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment status, and customer order flow.
- Coordinate inventory synchronization between Amazon and Shopify.
- Monitor website issues and maintain store performance.
Inventory & Order Management
- Track daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain inventory records and avoid stock discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheet reports.
- Analyze sales performance and product data.
- Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
- Prepare dashboards for management review.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge of Shopify admin panel.
- Understanding of FBA & FBM operations.
- Experience in product listing and catalog management.
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years experience in Amazon/Shopify operations.
- Experience managing multiple SKUs and marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Amazon reports, inventory management, and marketplace compliance.
