- Operate and monitor spray drying systems for herbal extract processing.
- Control inlet/outlet temperatures, feed flow, atomization, and drying parameters.
- Ensure consistent powder quality and moisture control.
- Perform startup, shutdown, and cleaning activities of spray dryer systems.
- Monitor utilities such as steam, air compressors, and dust collection systems.
- Maintain production records and shift logs.
- Identify operational abnormalities and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and GMP standards during operations.
Pay: ₹10,233.30 - ₹30,355.02 per month
