Core Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media posts and digital layouts utilizing Photoshop and Figma.
- Search Engine Growth: Support our team with SEO keyword research and help track paid SEM (Google ad) campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms (like Instagram and Facebook) to boost brand awareness and audience interaction.
- Regional Campaigns: Create, write, and localize marketing content explicitly for Malayalam-speaking audiences.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who bring the following to the table:
- Language Power: Complete fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. Candidates must possess strong writing, speaking, and reading skills to effectively create, review, and localize regional marketing campaigns.
- Key Software Skills: Comfortable using Figma and Photoshop to build visual designs.
- Social Media Knowledge: A solid understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and how algorithms work (especially on Instagram).
- Marketing Basics: A foundational understanding of how search engines work (SEO & SEM).
- Background: Education or training certificates in Digital Marketing are a major plus.
