Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant or F&B outlet.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of shifts.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints and service issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
Team Management
- Supervise, motivate, and support service staff.
- Allocate duties and prepare shift schedules.
- Conduct daily briefings before each shift.
- Train new employees on service standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure all service standards and brand guidelines are consistently followed.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
