Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: . Field Work & Sales Achievement Promote company products to the doctors and pharmacists in line with divisional strategies and guidelines. Achieve the assigned sales budget through effective prescription generation & maintain hygiene. Ensure timely and sufficient availability of products at chemists/pharmacists to meet prescription demands. Generate required Personal Order Bookings (POBs) as per division norms. Proper Coverage, regular visit / frequency of visit, Update Product knowledge, in clinic effectiveness, Input utilisation, Implementing activities. Camps, campaigns. Doctor & Chemist Engagement Carry out effective RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit) and record accurate information in the system. Set clear objectives through Pre-Call Planning for every doctor visit. Achieve minimum daily call averages: Doctors: 10 to 12 calls ( as per division norms ) Chemists: Minimum 5 calls Maintain >95% MCR (Monthly Call Report) coverage. Ensure continuous customer conversion and prevent prescriber loss by building long-term relationships. Regularly create and update doctor and chemist lists as per divisional guidelines. Product Promotion & Market Development Successfully execute strategies for new product launches. Conduct product demonstrations, symposiums, doctor group meetings, and seminars to enhance prescription generation. Identify and develop potential markets and customers within the territory. Business Strategy & Feedback Implement marketing and business strategies designed. E - Detailing & Sales Format Once tabs are assigned, it is mandatory to use it. Capture & insert the various inputs i.e. Sample & Doctor Conversion details Regular MCR Updation with necessary approvals Reporting – Daily basis
