Site Supervisor – Civil, Electrical & interior experienced
Experience Required
Minimum 5 Years
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Additional certification in Project Management, Safety, or Quality Control will be an advantage
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day civil, electrical, and interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Verify measurements and quantities for executed works.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Clients.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Quality Control
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and identify defects for corrective action.
- Ensure all installations meet client and company specifications.
Electrical Works Supervision
- Supervise electrical installations including wiring, lighting, power distribution, UPS systems, networking, and related services.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Safety Compliance
- Enforce site safety procedures and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by workers and subcontractors.
- Report and investigate site incidents or accidents.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Prepare material consumption and requirement reports.
- Verify contractor bills and work completion records.
- Maintain site records, drawings, and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, electrical systems, and interior fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
